Shipping & Receiving
by Michael

Twenty years ago, I spent my time documenting the quiet, functional corners of the industrial park where I lived. At the time, I thought this project was just too “odd” to share. Looking back at these shots, I realize now that it wasn’t just about loading docks or delivery entrances—it was about finding rhythm, color, and stillness in the places society usually ignores. They are the arteries of commerce, paused for a moment in time. I’m finally letting these images out of the vault. Sometimes the most interesting subjects are the ones standing right in front of us, waiting to be noticed.
