Kanata Decay

Twenty-five years ago, I took these photos along Hazeldean Road, between Stittsville and Kanata. These old barns and the farmhouse have long since been replaced by modern suburban sprawl. Looking back, it’s a bittersweet record of a landscape that has completely transformed—and yes, I was definitely trespassing to get the shots, so, my bad.
